Why We Stopped Selling Epoxy
Polyurea is the chemistry the oil and gas industry uses to coat pipelines and storage tanks. It was invented at Texaco in the early 1990s for environments where epoxy couldn't survive, and over the past decade it's become the gold standard for concrete coatings too. We made the switch because epoxy keeps failing in exactly the conditions Florida throws at it, UV exposure, slab movement, humidity, and chemical spills.
Our system pairs a polyurea base with a polyaspartic top coat. The combination is four times stronger than epoxy, holds its color under direct sun without yellowing, flexes with concrete instead of cracking, and cures fast enough that we can install a garage in a single day. It's a smarter floor backed by a lifetime warranty.

Epoxy chalks and turns yellow under direct UV exposure. Our polyaspartic top coat is engineered to hold its color and finish through years of harsh Florida sunlight, on a garage opening or pool deck.

Florida concrete moves more than people realize, slabs expand in summer heat, contract overnight, and shift with moisture. Polyurea flexes right along with it instead of cracking like rigid epoxy.
